Booking in/out was perfectly easy. All the staff from reception, breakfast, pool/maintenance to cleaning seemed like they couldn't do enough for us. The price was pretty competitive compared to some, but we still had an amazing breakfast which a lot seem to leave out to save money. Our breakfast choice was waffles of 2 flavours, eggs, sausages, fresh fruit, yoghurt, breakfast rolls, breakfast pastry selection & cereals. The pool was great & was cleaned every morning from leaves etc. Fresh towels were available for pool use. The whole place was spotless everywhere. Room was very nice & bed/pillows were great. Fridge was a good size & was on before we arrived which is always nice. Nice to have a microwave (not used), a full sized ironing board & iron.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room and hotel in general (from the areas we went in) were very clean and smelled good. Nice variety at the complimentary breakfast. They also give you different towels for the pool, so you don't have to use your shower towels from your room. It was conveniently located and bonus for us was the parking. We were there for a race and had 2 vehicles and one towing racecars and the nice gentleman at check-in made sure to inform us that there were plenty of parking belongings to the hotel to accommodate us (there were semis in the lot too). Loved the sense of security that you have to use your key card to come inside the actual building after a certain time, gives peace of mind that random people can't come in.

We made a return visit to BW Hickory, for this summer. My wife has family in the area and we use this visit for some family time. Best Western Hickory is our favorite motel in the area. The staff treat us like family. We enjoy the breakfast area, and our room is clean and comfortable. We asked for a room near the pool and were accommodated. We enjoyed using the pool which was also cleaned daily and tended to. We had a very pleasant visit and even extended our stay two extra days. We are looking forward to returning.

The customer service was amazing! So amazing that we might come back one day. John especially did a great job!! The pool was nice and peaceful. The room was fancy and to our liking and breakfast was good. We both got breakfast sandwiches to our liking +fruit and my boyfriend brought them up to the room to enjoy. It also was a plus that there was complimentary coffee and tea at all times in the lobby, that we found great. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel was easy access to the highway and was located conveniently near food and retail stores. Since our room had an outside entrance we were able to park near our room. We had plenty of room in our king bed room along with an area with a chair/ottoman for reading. The room was clean and comfortable.
